The Reports section allows shareholders to print their own reports for a period specified. Once a report has been generated for a period, then it will be available to print anytime.

The following reports are available:

1. SARS IT3(b) – Income Certificate

2. SARS IT3 (c ) – Capital Gains Tax Certificate

3. Dividend Voucher – Details of Cash and Scrip dividends paid

4. Investment Account Report – Summary of current holdings as well as transactions .

The user can select the report to be generated.

The next selection is the Account for which the enquiry is as well as the period.  The accounts available will be displayed in the drop-down box and the correct account must be selected.

To specify the period first select the start date and then the end date and then click “Apply”.

The period selected is displayed. Now click the “Request” button.

The name of the report and period will be displayed in a grid with a “Pending” status. It only takes seconds for the report to be retrieved.

Select the “Refresh” button to update the status of the report. The status will now change to “Created”. The user can now download, view or email the report. The email address on record will be used. The report will remain in the grid should the user wish to view the report again at a later stage.
