In order to register on the 4AX Registry system, you should be a current shareholder of at least one of the 4AX issuers. In order to register we will require full names, surname and id number.
Enter full names, surname and id number.
Valid details will be send an OTP to the mobile and/or email address on file. Enter the OTP to continue with registration.
If the shareholder details do not exist or there is no valid email address or cellphone number on file, a "Profile Incomplete" message is displayed. Please contact the number given to resolve the issue.
The email address and cellphone number for the shareholder will be displayed when valid details are entered. Select the Create Profile button to continue or contact 4AX Registry if the details are not correct.
A registration confirmation agreement is now displayed and must be signed electronically.
An OTP is sent to the email address and cellphone number on file. Please enter the OTP and select the Confirm and Continue button.
The next step is to update the Physical Address.
It is now time to update the Postal Address.
The next step is to upload a copy of your ID Document and Proof of Address. Proof of address must not be older than 3 months.
The last step is to enter the banking details, the account details entered will be verified with a third party service provider to ensure the information is correct.
All details entered will now be moderated. You will be notified once moderation is complete. You may however view your information.
